SplashReel

Terms of Service

Effective September 26, 2026. Updated October 10, 2026 to name the owner.

These terms cover your use of the SplashReel app and website ("SplashReel," "we," "us"). SplashReel is made by Menvielle Labs. By using SplashReel you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The software

SplashReel is provided "as is" and keeps evolving: features may be added, changed, or retired over time. Your recordings and reels live only on your own devices, so keep your own copies of anything important, for example by saving the full game to Photos.

2. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use SplashReel on devices you own or control, including for your team, club, or coaching work. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app itself. If you downloaded SplashReel from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the app.

3. Plans and subscriptions

4. Your content is yours

Video, moments, and reels you create are yours. SplashReel stores them on your own devices. We don't host, access, or claim any rights to your footage.

5. Filming responsibly

You are responsible for how you film and share. When you record other people, especially minors at youth sporting events, you must follow your club's, league's, and venue's rules and obtain any consent required by them or by law. SplashReel is a tool; the responsibility for what you capture and share is yours.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use SplashReel to break the law, to harass or harm anyone, or to record people where you don't have the right to. Don't attempt to disrupt or misuse the app.

7. No warranty

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SplashReel is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that recordings, clips, transfers, or reels will be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SplashReel and its maker are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost footage or data, arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
